The Cheese-n-Pickle on-line shop only stocks from producers in the UK that are renowned for their quality and rarity. These are producers that pride themselves upon the quality of their products and are not subject to the ways of mass production. This means that, occasionally, you will find that a product will be out of stock - perhaps it is seasonal, perhaps maturing - whatever the reason, why not try another producer or product. We do not run a back-order system, just try again in a few days if you really MUST have that particular product but it's first come first served. Remember, these are artisan producers from farms, small-holdings and homes, not factories so you'll not find these in your local supermarket!
